We set the home up, write the listing and put it live across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and our own direct booking sites.
Professional photography
Our own photographer shoots the home before it goes live.
A full deep clean
The home gets cleaned properly before the first guest, not billed to you as a turnover.
Winter prep
Snow readiness, hot tub service and the seasonal checks that keep a mountain home rentable in January.
Your first month of management, free
You pay us nothing until the home has been earning for a month.
And Nothing Holding You In
No long-term contract
No fixed term, no auto-renewal and no penalty. Ninety days notice and you are out. Most managers put you on a year and roll it over.
Your bookings come with you
Every reservation already on your calendar is honored. Nothing gets cancelled and no guest gets moved.
Your own stays are free
Block the house for yourself or your family whenever you want, and we take no commission on your personal use.
We will price your exit
Send us your current agreement. We will tell you exactly what it costs to leave, and we will look at covering it.
Already With Another Manager?
Most management agreements, ours included, need 90 days notice. That clock starts when you give it, so the sooner we talk, the sooner we can take over. We will read your agreement with you and handle the handoff.
And We Put It in Writing
If your home does not match or exceed its prior twelve months of revenue in its first year with us, we refund 100% of the management fees we collected, by ACH, within 60 days. You keep the bookings either way.
