1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Simply Vacation Rental Management website ("simplyvrm.com") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Simply Vacation Rental Management provides vacation rental property management services including but not limited to: listing optimization, dynamic pricing, professional cleaning, guest communication, maintenance coordination, and revenue reporting. Specific services and terms are outlined in individual management agreements.

3. Use of website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe upon or violate the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form

4. User-submitted information

When you submit information through our forms (contact, estimate, investment inquiry, referral), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We use this information solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Revenue estimates provided through our online calculator are projections based on market data and historical performance. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future income. Actual results will vary based on property condition, market conditions, seasonality, and other factors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Vacation Rental Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
