Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard for making web content usable by people with disabilities.

Known limitations

Some parts of this site do not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working on these:

  • Chat window: it is built and hosted by a separate service and may not work well with screen readers. You can email hello@simplyvrm.com instead.
  • Scheduling: the consultation calendar is provided by Cal.com and has its own accessibility limits. If it is hard to use, call (503) 961-0874.

Measures we take

  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page
  • Text alternatives for images that carry meaning
  • Labeled form fields with visible error messages
  • Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops

Feedback

If something on this site is hard to use, tell us and we will help directly or fix it.

Assessment method

On October 8, 2026 we checked 31 pages of this site on phone and desktop with axe, an automated accessibility checker, against WCAG 2.1 level AA. It found no issues on our own pages. The chat window and the booking calendar come from other services and were not part of that check. Automated checks catch only part of what matters, so please tell us if anything is hard to use.
